Common Questions

Questions,
Answered.

The short version of what ScopeHawk is, where the data comes from, and how it fits your workflow.

What does a ScopeHawk report actually include?

Available reports can include ownership and business-entity records, decision-maker contact details, storm history, roof-age signals, permit activity, and a sales recommendation. Every finding is cited, and coverage varies by property, county, and source.

How fast is it?

Reports are typically ready in a few minutes. They run in the background so you can keep working, but timing can vary with source availability and the amount of research required.

Where does the data come from?

A deep stack of authoritative public and licensed sources spanning property records, storm and hail history, permit filings, corporate registries, and B2B contacts. Every fact in your report shows its source. If sources conflict, we surface the caveats so you aren't caught off guard.

Which areas do you cover?

Commercial-property search is currently live in 107 enabled counties across six states. Coverage is enabled county-by-county and is separate from the broader indexed parcel footprint. If your county is not live yet, account holders can request it through the coverage waitlist.

Can I push leads into my CRM?

Crew accounts can send leads to a company-configured outbound webhook. Teams commonly use that with Zapier or Make to route data into their CRM. Native one-click CRM connectors are not available yet.

How does pricing work?

Every new account starts on the ongoing Basic plan with a small monthly report allowance and no card required. Scout and Crew are billed monthly with included seats and reports. At the monthly limit, new reports pause until the allowance resets on the 1st of the next month, or you upgrade—there are no automatic report overage charges.
