Questions, answered
The short version of what ScopeHawk is, where the data comes from, and how it fits your workflow.
What does a ScopeHawk report actually include?
Who owns the building (LLC chains pierced through SoS data), the true decision-makers (name, title, direct phone, email), 5-year storm history, roof age signals, 10-year permit activity, and a specific sales recommendation.
How fast is it?
One address in, a decision-ready report out in about 90 seconds. It runs in the background so you can queue several properties and hit the road.
Where does the data come from?
A deep stack of authoritative public and licensed sources spanning property records, storm and hail history, permit filings, corporate registries, and B2B contacts. Every fact in your report shows its source. If sources conflict, we surface the caveats so you aren't caught off guard.
Which areas do you cover?
Coverage is enabled county-by-county. Your admin controls which regions are live for your team. If a county you work isn't live yet, just ask — onboarding new counties is a routine import.
Can I push leads into my CRM?
Yes. Push straight to HubSpot, Salesforce, JobNimbus, or any Zapier/Make endpoint so leads flow right into where you close them.
How does pricing work?
Plans are billed monthly with included seats and a monthly report allowance. Start with a free trial and upgrade as your team grows.
